This is another time that Hope has gone above and beyond with her customer service. She recently inspected my new vehicle, and just like before, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the inspection process. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Thank you, Hope, for consistently delivering such a great experience.

I have to say, I came away impressed with this shop. I’ll name the woman who answered the phone, Hope, because she was the only person I talked to directly. For background, I was in town visiting my parents and needed a 90k maintenance and some suspension work on my 2019 Honda Odyssey. In addition to the routine maintenance and suspension, I had a problem with clicking in the front driver’s side when turning left. They replaced the struts at my request. After that didn’t fix the clicking, they spent four hours diagnosing the problem. After lots of inspections, they had checked out my whole front end and couldn’t find the cause. Some internet sleuthing showed that this is a common problem with Odysseys of this model year. They heard me out and checked that out. They assured me the car was safe to drive. What I really respect is that they didn’t insist on fixes I didn’t need and drive up my repair costs. It felt like a trustworthy shop and I’ll definitely bring it back if I ever need work in Des Moines again.

I’m really amazed with Midas from 20 years ago when I first came to you it was not very happy. You guys have turned it around at this location and the manager Ben and I’m sorry but the guy that ran the front desk I want to say his name was Michael because he looks like a Michael did a wonderful job. I’m being honest, but we’ll talk about the prices later.Lol But no, they did a fabulous job in great work. I never did catch his name. I appreciate you guys helping me out so quickly. I will definitely be coming back to this location on Clive. Thank you guys so much.

So I came in to Midas today to get a tire repair.I had 2 screws in my tire and when I called earlier today to see if they do tires ben said yes, and the price was only for $30. Ben the new manager of Midas was amazing at understanding my concerns. Ben was all around one of the best that I've came across for a AutoShop to actually know what he's doing and prices were reasonable. Also the technicians were amazing, friendly, and really knows what they're doing. If you're ever in Clive,Iowa on 86th and Harbach Blvd and need an AutoShop that works with you, understands you, and prices are top tier. Midas is for you.😁
